Whether you want monthly, bi-weekly, or weekly meetings, we can help your business execute your strategic plan and reach peak performance.
1. Prioritize: Identify the Vital Few improvement projects. These are the top 2 or 3 most important objectives to work on right now.
2. Define: Specify and clarify each Vital Few improvement with a project ticket to remove ambiguity and ensure team members are focused on the correct issue.
3. Delegate: Select people with the skills and abilities to plan and implement the project. In Step 6, you double-check whether they are best for implementation.
4. THERE: Identify the level of performance and the processes or approaches needed to deliver the improvement needed.
5. HERE: Make sure you are clear about HERE and THERE. When clear about both, you create the PATH better than brainstorming your actions.
6. PATH: Create your actions by looking at the Current Reality List. Capture the action needed, progress measure, responsible person, and the due date.
7. Build: Determine the team and have them create an Implementation Plan. Verify that the implementation plan mitigates structures that can hurt the project.
8. Learn: Verify progress and document learning. While it may not be earth-shaking or unique, the learning can increase the capacity of the organization.
